The Profile tab holds your details and settings inside the beta app.
The app is invitation-only. You enter it using the instructions in your invitation — see Requesting access.

Where your data lives

In the current beta, the app keeps your data on your device. The hotspots you share and your settings are stored locally. This means:
  • There is no web login, and no separate password to manage
  • Your data does not sync to a server or to other devices
  • Reinstalling the app or switching devices starts you fresh
Server-side accounts, sign-in, and syncing are on the roadmap. When they land, this page will describe how to sign in and manage your account across devices. See Product status.

The Profile tab

From Profile you can see your details and the hotspots associated with you. As the app grows, this is where account management and preferences will live.

Keeping your device secure

Because your Linkr data is stored on your device, standard device hygiene applies:
  • Keep your device locked and up to date
  • Be mindful when handing your unlocked device to someone else
